BH4BP #1 – Intro, Workplace Eating & 180lbs Lost

This first show starts with an overall synopsis of what this podcast is all about and how it can benefit you. Then I go through the challenges of being healthy and how it is important to incorporate healthier habits into your daily routine.

After that I jump into the meat of the show and discuss the article “Overeating On The Job” from hotjobs.yahoo.com. This article talks about six ways to combat unhealthy items in the workplace environment.

Finally, I look at the article “Student Loses 180 Pounds” from cnn.com. I discuss how this student, Brandon Hollas, lost the weight and how he has become inspirational to others looking to change their lifestyle to a healthier one.
