		<description>Good info.  I brought a list of 15 supplements I was taking to the Derm and she said that was too much, but I read that many of them were good for stress and also eczema.  Now I am taking a multi and a few other ones like Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed oil, B super and D-3
