BH4BP #18 – So, What’s For Lunch?

We all know the importance of eating a healthy breakfast.  How about a healthy lunch?  For most of us, lunch is something that we quickly eat during our busy workday.  A lot of the items that we choose for lunch might not be the healthiest for our bodies.  In this show, I help you find ways to eat a healthier lunch during your busy workday. I talk about sandwiches, salads and fast food.

Some references I used in the research for this show are answers.com and caloriecount.about.com.

I end the show with a question from HR Meadors regarding energy drinks and their effect on our bodies. Mayo Clinic was used as a reference to answer this question.
