Did you know that skin is the largest organ in our bodies? It covers every part of us and we don’t pay much attention to it, with the exception of our faces, until it starts causing us problems, such as when we develop a rash and it starts itching.

Since all of us have skin and have experienced skin irritations at one time or another, I thought it would be useful to talk about one of the most common skin concerns, dry skin, and ways to avoid it and treat it.

Some references I used while researching this show are The New Wellness Encyclopedia, Wikipedia and Mayo Clinic.

I also answered two questions, asked by Bill Janin about how many days a week it is optimal to exercise and what keeps us exercising.

The Blog Posts for this week are:

  1. Don’t Worry, Eat Your Fish!
  2. Coffee’s Redeeming Quality: Antioxidants

If you like the show, please head on over to iTunes and give me a nice review. It’s a great way to give me some good exposure and can help me get more listeners. Thanks for listening, everyone!

I agree with you on how important my skin is because I have lots of allergies to foods that can cause a variety of reactions. I have to be very careful with what creams I use because what it is in them in order to prevent skin rashes.
