It is that time of year again, where many of us start planning our next vacation. Vacations are a welcome break from the stress and monotony of work. They’re an opportunity to rest and recharge from the stresses of everyday life. Plus, they don’t have to be expensive, if that’s a concern for you. With the economy being the way it is, many people are choosing to go camping or are going on long road trips instead of flying.
In this show, I discuss why it is important to eat healthy on vacation and I also give tips on how to eat healthy while camping or while on long road trips.
