Many people neglect the health of their teeth and gums. What they don’t realize is that having healthy teeth is just as important for optimal health as taking care of the rest of your body. Good dental hygiene requires more than just brushing your teeth once a day. If that is all you do, then you are at an increased risk of developing a serious dental disorder.
So, today my goal is to convince you that taking care of your teeth and gums should be a priority. And then I’ll give you some tips on how to keep your teeth and gums healthy. So, sit back and enjoy the show!
