At different stages of our life calorie and nutritional needs change.  As we get older, we can’t eat the same way as we did when we were younger.  Since many people are not aware of how nutritional needs change with age, this episode is designed to shed some light on how nutritional needs change during the different stages of life.

  1. Infancy through early childhood
  2. Adolescence
  3. Adulthood
  4. Senior Years

    It is right that as you get older you need to keep exercising and be careful with what you eat.
