BHTV #1 – Sit Up Straight!

Here’s what you’ve all been waiting for: Being Healthy TV! Starting today, there will be a new episode for you every Sunday! So, sit back and enjoy the show!

For the first show, I decided to cover a subject that affects everyone watching: sitting posture. The goal of this episode is to teach you about proper sitting posture, make you conscious of how you are sitting and show you why it is important to change your sitting posture if you’re sitting incorrectly.

    Just watched 1st tv show. Great topic but would have liked you to demonstrate good sitting posture using an actual chair.

    Suggestion: If you are going to just talk, don’t use your hands so much…. a bit distracting.

    And I’ve got to pay more attention to my posture, especially since I have to sit real close to my computer monitor most of the time. Thanks for the tips.

    Good show and good topic because lots of people have a hard time with sitting up straight while on the computer.

    Great show and great work educating us. I would like the TV show better if there was more demonstration of the topic you are talking about.
