Do you have an apple or a pear shaped body?  Is it worse to be an apple or a pear?  Does body shape even matter?  What am I talking about?  Those are all wonderful questions.  Today, I’ll address all of those questions and give you some tips on how you can improve your health in regards to your body shape.

    No matter if you are an apple or pear shape you need to be careful with what you eat in order to be healthy and prevent sickness.

  4. I agree with Maria! It doesn’t matter what shape you are you have to be mindful of what and how much you eat. Calories in and calories out has been and will be the key no matter what shape apple or pear.
