		<description>Shawno&#039;s comment is so funny and true of myself.  Good article and you&#039;re right.  If you want to eat healthy and control every element, then do it yourself.  20yrs in restaurants and I&#039;ve seen the funniest things like people who think decaf coffee is 100% caffeine free or that a diet pop with there huge greasy meal is better.  then again, if they have to eat out all the time, I guess less is better.  Doesn&#039;t even matter, most people don&#039;t go out for the food, it&#039;s to have conversation with friends, business, meeting people, atmosphere, a ton of other complimentary reasons.  And some of gluttons want just the food.  I don&#039;t like talking while eating... it&#039;s bad and being Chinese I was trained to vacumn my food.  Do you know that you are supposed to chew your food up to 100times before swallowing for optimal digestion?  You are supposed to liquify your food first.</description>
