hey Talli... enjoyed your article. Personally, I have to be very careful how much dehydrated food I eat. Otherwise, I feel uncomfortably bloated... no fun :-(
Anyway, I do enjoy organic golden raisons...not sure what food value is in them, but they taste good. Goji berries are fun. And dehydrated blueberries are the real whammy...
thanks for sharing.

I didn't know that there was such a great discrepancy between fresh and dried fruits! Well, I will be more careful when I eat dried fruits in the future. Thanks

Thanks for the great post! I have a weakness for dates which is a remnant of my sugar tooth when I was young, but I make sure to only get them on occasion.

Very informative article. I agree dried fruits are great once in a while, but it's hard to beat fresh fruit.

Great article! Good to know as I include dried cherries, raspberries and cranberries to my son's cereal. But I also make sure that he eats a fresh fruit daily.
