Wellness & Vitality Nutrition Series with Heather Lauren

Heather Lauren’s 4 free nutrition classes will teach you the essential foundations of nu- trition for a life of optimal quality and vitality!
1. Eating for Health: (July 8th) The Eating for Health approach to whole foods, Nutri- tion Heroes and Bandits explained.
2. Lean Protein & Clean Fats: (July 15th) Choosing outstanding proteins and superior fats for growth and nourishment.
3. Colorful Complex Carbohydrates: (July 22nd) Complex carbohydrates defined, with emphasis on whole grains and antioxidant rich fruits & vegetables.
4. Sustainable Nutrition: (July 29th) Meeting the needs of the present population while protecting our food supply for the future.
Heather also loves to cook and will be providing a snack each week for class.
***Added bonus: Heather will be working with 2 interested attendees for 6 weeks of personal, one-on-one nutrition consulting. This will include diet analysis, macro-nutrient/micro-nutrient recommendations, meal plans, healthy and original recipes, and lifestyle ideas.
A student at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition completing her final internship project for her Nu- trition Consultant certification, Heather has been working one-on-one with nutrition clients for the past year and has 18 years of experience teaching classes on meditation.
