Just wanted to let u know that I listened to your entire show. There is a flood of revolutionary research coming out out on diet and exercise.

Everyone has their own spin on what's best. I'm a vegan. Like everyone, we are creatures of habit.

I like what Dr. Jameth Sheridan (Founder and Developer of VitaMineral Green) has to say about exercise vs. diet in an interview with Kevin Gianni's Rawkathon Video Series. He said, "if I had a choice being 100% raw vs. 50% raw and being on an exercise program, I'd definitely choose the latter." Like you, I think we can all agree how important exercise is to maintain robust health.

Unfortunately for many, economics has everything to do with health. We have homeless people being forced to eat Food Bank donations ie : pastries, processed foods, spam, etc..

Then, I have friends who are into the Ayurvedic school of thought who only eat warm foods in the Winter.

At the same time, I am being inspired by another tribe that is spearheading the http://www.globaljuicefeast.com 2009 this moment, as well as the spectrum diet. A lot of cutting edge information. I did it last year and felt terrific. Gabrielle Cousin's Tree of Life Foundation is helping diabetics find a permanent cure, so they don't have to be on their insulin : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynXGA6fCEgU

Anyway, all good stuff. Again... Either way, u are an angel.
Blessed Be.

@Bradley That is actually a great question. There is really no cut and dry answer. I will do a blog post on it in the next week, so that I can go more in depth than I can here. So, look for the post in the near future. Thanks!

Great Podcast!!! Really enjoyed. Everyone has a journey. I have one, too. It's too long to write, but it's a story for sure. Eating Healthy is a must, because like I always say, I don't want to take 20 pills just to survive! Thanks Talli!!!

Hi Talli,

I really enjoyed your podcast. I can relate to the up bringing and just eating what I thought was healthy at the time.

Like you I began to really appreciate my body and learn from others. I consider myself to be addicted to "Push-ups" (not sure if that is a good thing) from my early 20's to now...15 years later.

My goal has always been to exercise and eat right. In 2009 I want to learn more about keeping healthy and learning from other people like yourself to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Thank you...look forward to hearing more from you.

PS- How much water do you feel is the right amount to consume each day?
