About Talli van Sunder, DPT
Talli graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is a physical therapist by trade. She is a health fanatic by passion. She is also a wife, mom and an all around busy person.
Talli owned her own physical therapy clinic, In Stride Physical Therapy, where she also did personal training. When she wasn’t working, she was avidly reading all the books and articles on health that she could get. She has used that knowledge both in her own life and in helping her clients. Through her work, Talli has inspired countless other people to change their lifestyles to healthier ones because she truly loves teaching others ways to become healthier.
Talli started this podcast after realizing that while people understand that eating right, exercising and decreasing their stress is something they should do, it is still hard for them to do it because of their busy lives. This show is her opportunity to share those lessons that she has learned over the years with a larger audience and help them to build being healthy into their busy schedules.
